PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it easy to read a musical score for keying indication with the eye. SOLUTION: A performance indication symbol indicating notes to be played next and a timing symbol indicating performance timing are displayed on a musical score including a plurality of measures. It is decided whether a performance is carried out correctly in the timing indicated with the timing symbol and when it is judged that the performed is carried out correctly, the performance indication symbol is advanced to a position of a note to be played next. Provided is a means of detecting the performance indication advances to a predetermined period, and when it is decided that the performance indication advances to the scheduled period, the currently displayed musical score is gradually rewritten with a musical score following the currently displayed musical score. A performance sound is decided by comparing a power spectrum obtained by subjecting digital data of the performance sound to FFT processing with the power spectrum of a model.
