MOBILE COMMUNICATION NETWORK SYSTEM AND MOBILITY MANAGEMENT DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication network system which can improve communication quality at handover by shortening the partner terminal cache table creation time when a handover is performed.

SOLUTION: The mobile communication network system includes a transport network and a network controller having a mobility management unit for managing the information of the communication partner terminal for communicating with the mobile terminal. The mobility management unit has a boundary router detection means for detecting whether the moving terminal moves and reaches the boundary of the routers managed by the own mobility managing unit, and a communication partner information transfer control means for transferring the information of the communication partner terminal to the mobility management unit having an adjacent similar configuration when it is detected that the moving terminal reaches the boundary of the routers to be managed by the own mobility management unit.
