<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer heat-shrinkable film which establishes compatibility between transparency and a shrinkage action, and an efficient manufacturing method for the multilayer heat-shrinkable film. <P>SOLUTION: This multilayer heat-shrinkable film takes in a layer containing an oxygen barrier material and a styrene polymer or a styrene polymer blend. A heat shrinkage ratio of at least either of the multilayer heat-shrinkable films MD (machine direction) and TD (transverse direction) is at least 30% or more at 90°C.
