<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous blend which can be cast with an aqueous medium, a film formed from the aqueous blend, and a hole injection/transporting layer film of electroluminescent devices. <P>SOLUTION: The aqueous blend comprises water, a first conjugated polymer having a greater conductivity than 10<SP>-7</SP>S/cm, and a second conjugated polymer having a greater conductivity than 10<SP>-7</SP>S/cm, the conductivities of the first conjugated polymer and the second conjugated polymer being measured using a four point probe method prior to the preparation of the aqueous blend. The film comprises a first conjugated polymer having a greater conductivity than 10<SP>-7</SP>S/cm, and a second conjugated polymer having a greater conductivity than 10<SP>-7</SP>S/cm.
