PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a transfer speed and reliability even in particularly the flexible magnetic disk system of a small diameter. SOLUTION: The magnetic recording system using a flexible magnetic disk is characterized in that the flexible magnetic disk is rotated at constant linear velocity and recording/reproduction of information is performed.
