PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video compositing apparatus, a video compositing program and a video compositing system for outputting a composite video where a figure behaves naturally to a CG image without making it necessary to put on a sensor or special glasses. SOLUTION: The video compositing apparatus 1 is configured to overlap a CG image plotted according to three-dimensional data on a video portion where a solid model molded by a solid model molding apparatus 2 is projected in a video obtained by photographing a solid model and a figure by a photographic camera 4 according to the three-dimensional CG data. The video compositing apparatus 1 is provided with a three-dimensional CG data storing means 3, a three-dimensional CG data output control means 5, a rendering means 7, a solid model video part detecting means 9 and a replace means 11.
