PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure high accuracy and high reliability in terms of the position and the angle adjustment of an optical system, to reduce manufacture man-hours, and further to increase a manufacture performance (easiness in manufacture and workability in manufacture or the like). SOLUTION: A camera body 2 is constituted by combining at least a 1st body 2a and a 2nd body 2b, and a lens mount 4 to/from which an interchangeable lens 3 is attached/detached is provided on the 1st body 2a, and a 1st component group Pa belonging to optical system components including at least a shutter unit 5, an imaging element unit 6 and a finder unit 7 is positioned and attached to the 1st body 2a, and a 2nd component group Pb including electric system components except the 1st component group Pa is attached to the 2nd body 2b.
