PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and easily install a sensor even in a narrow space, and moreover surely prevent looseness caused by vibration or the like. SOLUTION: As a fixing structure for sensors to be adopted when a displacement sensor 1 is fitted to a metal plate (A) into a state being buried in it, a peripheral thread 10a is formed on the cylindrical case 10 of the displacement sensor 1. Moreover, the fixing structure is provided with a pair of fixing nuts 2, 2 each of which has in its center a large-diameter tapped hole 20a for the peripheral thread 10a of the cylindrical case 10 of the displacement sensor 1 to be screwed in, and a small-diameter tapped hole 20c penetrating axially in at least one side of the large-diameter tapped hole 20a, and locking screws 3, 3 to be screwed into the individual small-diameter holes 20c, 20c.
