PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a pile head joint section capable of reducing the transfer of earthquake load to a pile while surely transferring of stationary loading of an upper structure to the pile. SOLUTION: Sandbags 2 and 2' as two layers are made to intervene between a pile head section of the pile 1 and the upper structure 5, the sandbag 2' located on a lower layer is fixed to the pile head section of the pile 1, and the sandbag 2 located on an upper layer is fixed to the upper structure 5. The joint structure of the pile head section using the sandbags 2 and 2' put on these two layers can smoothly transfer vertical load acting from the upper structure 5 through the sandbags 2 and 2'. Even if an earthquake or the like occurs, when earthquake load acts on the upper structure 5, relative rotation of the upper structure 5 with the pile 1 is offset by relative displacement of both sandbags 2 and 2' laid in two layers to enable it to allow.
