PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that an interval between a pattern display area and a ball tray becomes too narrow and it is not easy to install an operation part when the specification of an outer frame is matched with a pachinko game machine and a pattern varying device is made as large as the one in a slot machine in a drum type game machine comprising the outer frame, a front surface frame attached to the front surface, the pattern varying device for variably displaying patterns by rotary reels, the ball tray projectingly provided on the front of the machine, a game ball discharge port for discharging premium game balls to the ball tray, and the operation part provided with a plurality of stop buttons for stopping the rotary reels.
