The method for treating the diseases of hip joints comprises the clinical diagnosis and the manual therapy. The manual therapy consists in the graduated extension of the thigh against the pelvis. The opposite movement is performed by the efforts of the patient while the physician counteracts this movement. The leg of the patient is extended and relaxed with only unilateral tension of the muscles of pelvis, abdomen, and the foot. The leg is moved towards the pelvis along the vector of the minimal pain.
