<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain capacity degradation at high temperature of spinel manganese system oxide. <P>SOLUTION: An oxygen structure of spinel system lithium manganese complex oxide is stabilized, degradation of an anode caused by Mn deposition is prevented through prevention of degradation of a spinel compound accompanying manganese dissolution, and a lithium ion battery without degradation at high temperature is provided. Presence or not of generation of oxygen defect after two hours of heat treatment at 660°C under inert gas is to be a reference for oxygen structure stabilization. A cathode is composed of an oxygen structure stabilization spinel as a single body or sulfur-substituted oxygen structure stabilization spinel as a single body, or a mixture cathode of these oxygen structure stabilization spinel and a laminated cobalt system cathode material or a laminated nickel system cathode material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
