摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microcapsule production method for producing a bubble-containing microcapsule which can be ruptured by ultrasonic wave or pressure, with a high yield. <P>SOLUTION: A mixed oily liquid is prepared by stirring transparent leuco pigment oil 15 g prepared by dissolving a coloring agent 5 pts into a high boiling solvent 95 pts, a bubbling agent 15 g, a wall material 14 g and another wall material 1 g. The mixed oily liquid is dropped to a dispersion stabilizer made by dissolving polyvinyl alcohol 1.5 g into water 150 g, at the same time, the dispersion stabilizer admixed with the mixed oily liquid is agitated by a homogenizer so that the oil droplet size becomes 4 &mu;m and oil-in-water emulsion is prepared. Subsequently, a wall reaction reagent 1.5% aqueous solution is dropped to the oil-in-water emulsion and is allowed to react for three hours while keeping the temperature in a water vessel of 70&deg;C and continuing the agitation. Thereby, the microcapsule of particle size 4 &mu;m having capsule wall produced by interfacial polymerization of the wall material and the wall reaction agent on the interface with the mixed oil droplet is obtained. Microcapsule powder obtained by completely separating water and the microcapsule is entered into a vacuum dryer, cooling temperature, ambient pressure and holding time are controlled under prescribed conditions and the bubble-containing spherical microcapsule having no deformation such as collapse is obtained with a high production yield. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
