<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the variations generated from among signal outputs, in a package for storing therein a solid photographing device for outputting a plurality of image signals. <P>SOLUTION: A solid photographing device 100 having signal outputting pads 103, 203 for outputting a plurality of image signals is so die-bonded to the inside of a recess cavity 102 of a package 101 as to connect the signal outputting pads 103, 203 respectively with electric external connecting means 107, 207 via lead frames 106, 206 having inner lead portions 105, 205.
