<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drink jelly for dysphagia patients having excellent swallowing easiness, producible in a short time and hardly soluble at room temperature, and obtain a powdery composition for producing the jelly. <P>SOLUTION: The composition for producing the jelly for dysphagia patients contains powdery extract of the object drink, an easily soluble gelatin having a strength of 260-290 g and an easily soluble agar as main components. The amounts of the easily soluble gelatin and the easily soluble agar are set to give the jelly having a hardness of 3,500-5,100 N/m<SP>2</SP>in a state prepared by dissolving the composition in the optimum amount of warm water for the object drink, leaving the solution to cool and refrigerating the cooled product. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
