<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate attachment/detachment of a pot relative to a heater, detach and wash the pot, which easily gets dirty, in a wash place outside a popcorn maker, constantly retain the maker clean, favorably retain the sanitary state and prevent a risk of electric leakage and electric shock by performing the washing outside the maker compared with a conventional popcorn maker wherein the washing is performed inside the maker. <P>SOLUTION: This popcorn maker is provided with a housing body, a heater provided inside the housing, a pot heated by the heater and being fed with raw materials such as corns to be heated, and a lid closing the pot.
