SOLUTION: A task model data base 20 stores a task model including a plurality of preliminarily hierarchized tasks. A support server 10 utilizes the task model data base 20, determines the task model on the basis of a request relation word relative to a task model request from a terminal 60 and provides the terminal 60 with the determined task model.
