PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication acknowledgement system, in which the time required for a communication start is short, spoofing is made difficult, and influence of a radio environment is unlikely to be affected in a radio communication acknowledgment system of a radio network composed of a base station and a radio terminal. SOLUTION: In a radio communication acknowledgement system, a radio terminal has an individual identifier for inserting portion setting a continuous repetition number of individual identifiers within transmitted data and an insertion interval of the individual identifiers, according to a strength of a base station signal received from a base station to be transmitted. The base station has a first signal processing portion, taking out an individual identifier from received data to be transmitted to a data processing portion; a memory registering an individual identifier of a radio terminal; and a repeat operation portion, composed of a data processing portion comparing the individual identifier received with the individual identifier registered in the memory, to determine whether the received data are repeated to be transmitted, and a second signal-processing portion which transmits or stops the received data to a transmission portion in accordance with the determination of the data processing portion. When the communication is ended, the individual identifier inserting portion and the repeat operating portion have the function of setting a new common identifier, between the ratio terminal and the base station to be registered mutually.
