PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that bus width between a signal processing circuit and a memory increases, an operation frequency of a memory becomes high speed and thus power increases since various video signal processings are required for a cam corder and each processing require access to the memory. SOLUTION: The memory used in a three-dimensional noise reduction processing, a time base correction processing. a blurring cutting processing and an electronic zooming processing is shared. Access to the memory, which is required for the respective pieces of processing is realized by only three accesses of (1) writing of a video signal after the three-dimensional noise reduction processing, (2) reading of the video signal, which is required for a three-dimensional noise reduction operation, and (3) reading of the video signal shared for the time base correction processing, the blurring cutting processing and the electronic zooming processing.
