PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize accurate phase difference (90 degrees) between two-phase output signals of the A-phase and the B-phase by magnetic sensor elements of the A-phase and the B-phase provided oppositely to a magnetic encoder in a bearing with a rotation sensor. SOLUTION: This bearing with the rotation sensor has a constitution wherein the interval in the circumferential direction between the magnetic sensor elements 28, 29 on the outer ring 2 side provided oppositely to the magnetic encoder 13 on the inner ring 1 side is set to have the size in the odd-number times based on 0.25 pitch of a polarization pitch of the magnetic encoder 13.
