PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow easy mounting/demounting and cleaning of a fireproof damper. SOLUTION: A fireproof damper device 29 has a storage pipe 28 mounted in a suction flow path communicated with an exhaust portion of an outer case for exhausting exhaust gas to the outside and a damper plate 36 provided in a cylindrical wind tunnel 31 for closing the flow path with the operation of a temperature fuse. It is stored demountably from a demounting port 30 in the peripheral face of the storage pipe 28. A cover 32 is provided for opening/closing the demounting port 30. The fireproof damper device 29 closes the flow path when a fire occurs in a duct, to ensure safety. The opening/closing operation of the cover 32 and the movement of the fireproof damper device 29 in vertical and horizontal directions are only required in mounting/demounting the fireproof damper device 29 on/from the suction flow path.
