PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simultaneous intake/exhausting ventilation fan capable of preventing a intake/exhausting function from dropping by preventing a intake flow from being short-circuited to a exhaust flow. SOLUTION: This simultaneous intake/exhausting ventilation fan comprises a body 11 having a exhaust passage 4 in which an exhaust fan 2 is installed and an air intake passage 7 in which an air intake fan 5 is installed, a tubular delivery port 14 formed in the body 11 in communication with the air intake passage 7, and a louver 15 having a connection tube 19 inserted into and slidably connected to the tubular delivery port 14. Since the connection tube 19 is allowed to communicate with the intake air delivery port 16 of the louver 15, A intake air flow does not communicate with the exhaust air flow.
