PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a torque bias ratio between a pair of output members. SOLUTION: The casing 23 of a second differential gear mechanism 3 is formed of a carrier 9 and a sun gear 22 separated from each other so that the casing 23 can be halved in the axial direction. A carrier 19 is formed movable in the axial (L) direction to pressingly bring it forming a part of the casing 23 into contact with the housing 11 through a washer by the meshing of a pinion gear 26 with a side gear 27A.
