PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaporated fuel treatment device with ease of assembly and with very simple structure. SOLUTION: The evaporated fuel treatment device comprises: a casing 2 filled with absorber 14 and divided into a first space 4 from which fuel flows in and out, and a second space 5 communicating with the atmospheric air; and an urging means for keeping constant density of the absorber in the casing by applying compression load to the absorber 14. The urging means is constituted of a breathable elastic member 13, the elastic member 13 is held inside the casing 2 by using its elastic force, and the absorber 14 is urged by the elastic force of the elastic member 13.
