PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system enabling an operation manager in a distributed system to perform a changing operation considering matching property of the system without referring to relevant information such as a system specification or a product manual. SOLUTION: A specified server writes, prior to changing a parameter under itself, change information for the parameter to a change request list, and transmits, when the influence by the change of the parameter under itself reaches a parameter under the other server, the change request list to the other server. The other server transmits, when the influence does not reach a parameter under another server and satisfies a predetermined condition, the change request list to a management console. The management console transmits, when approval of the change request list is inputted, the change request list after approval to successively transfer it to each server, and the specified server executes the change of the parameter under itself according to the change request list.
