PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic reproducing device capable of satisfactorily announcing announcement contents. SOLUTION: In the acoustic reproducing device 100, the announcement signal acquisition means 362 of a processing section 360 acquires a negative announcement signal informing impossibility of executing processing based on a first operation signal Sul, for example, from a voice output control means 361. A reproducing state recognition means 363 appropriately acquires reproducing time information from the voice output control means 361 and recognizes the reproducing time of music piece when the announcement signal acquisition means 362 acquires the negative announcement signal. A musical sound reproducing control means 366 announces the facts that process based on the first operation signal Sul can not be executed in the voice output control means 361 and that an input operation is improper, by alarm sound which does not synchronize with chord of the music at the point of time of recognizing the input operation.
