METHOD FOR PRODUCING MOLDED ARTICLE OF INSULATING RESIN AND THE MOLDED ARTICLE OF INSULATING RESIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form insulting materials different in characteristics with predetermined thicknesses to firmly stick the interface between them. SOLUTION: A main circuit member 2 to be rotated freely, rollers 6, 10 each of which is rotated freely and is vertically moved freely and a resin dripping nozzle 4 which is moved freely in the axial direction of the main circuit member 2 and used for dripping several kinds of epoxy resins are arranged in a vacuum vessel 1. A first insulating layer 9 is formed on the main circuit member by dripping an epoxy resin from the resin dripping nozzle 4 while rotating the main circuit member 2 and the roller 6. A second insulating layer 2 is formed around the first insulating layer 9 by dripping another epoxy resin having the characteristics different from those of the already dripped epoxy resin while rotating the first insulating layer 9-formed main circuit member and the roller 10.
