PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new preventing and/or treating agent for decreasing the leakage of urinal proteins in systemic lupus erythematosus or decreasing an anti-DNA antibody or an anti-nucleus antibody. SOLUTION: This preventing and/or treating agent for decreasing the leakage of the urinal proteins in the systemic lupus erythematosus or decreasing the anti-DNA antibody or the anti-nucleus antibody contains an anti-interleukin-6 (IL-6) receptor antibody as an active ingredient.
