<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food stirring apparatus capable of preparing boiled rice for Sushi (vinegared rice with raw fish) having a good taste and a good feeling to the mouth, by preventing the rice from becoming sticky. <P>SOLUTION: This food stirring apparatus has a cooling means by which air is fed into a container and is operated in such a manner that a stirring-stopping and cooling operation 210 which comprises only feeding the air into the container 20 in a state of stopping rotation of the container and a stirring and cooling operation 220 which comprises feeding the air into the container 20 while continuing the rotation of the container are together made to be one cycle and a stopping time of the rotation in the cycle corresponding to the stirring-stopping and cooling operation 210 is sequentially prolonged with the elapse of time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
