<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-immersed solenoid simplifying a production step. <P>SOLUTION: The oil-immersed solenoid comprises a plunger assembly 2 including a pillar-shaped shaft 2a and a plunger 2b fixing the shaft; a housing member 3 into which this plunger assembly is inserted so as to slide; a coil assembly 1 which is inserted along an outer periphery of the housing member and includes a coil 16 and a coil bobbin 17 winding the coil; and a cylindrical case 24 having a bottom and arranged internally with the plunger assembly, the housing member, and the coil assembly. The housing member 3 has a base 4 provided with a through hole through which the shaft is passed, a sleeve 5 on which the plunger slides, and a ring 6 which is press-fitted into the base and the sleeve to integrate them. The base 4 is press-fitted and fixed to an inner periphery of the base 24, and the coil bobbin comprises seals 14, 11 which seal up an oil in the housing member in the solenoid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
