PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor surface processing device capable of efficiently realizing an existing floor surface for non slip and/or decoration processing.

SOLUTION: This floor surface processing device is provided with a portable base 12 movable on the floor surface F to be processed, a laser oscillator 20 attached to the base 12, and an optical device 24 provided on the base 12 and guiding laser beam outgoing from the laser oscillator 20 toward the floor surface F arranged below the base 12 so as to adjust its radiation position two-dimensionally.
