<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein a cutting blade having a short cutting edge corresponding to the length of a cut line is used when a plurality of cut line are formed in a sheet such as a nonwoven fabric and a fiber web, however, the cutting blade is worn earlier and damaged easily. <P>SOLUTION: The V-shaped cutting blade 2 is formed to a cutter roll 1. A receiving face 11, which has a width dimension W with an interval (d) in the roll shaft direction, is formed to an anvil roll 10. When the sheet 20 is supplied between both rolls, a large number of the cut line 21 with the length corresponding to the width dimension W of the receiving face 11 are formed. When the V-shaped cutting edge of the V-shaped cutting blade 2 is directed toward the rotation direction (theαdirection), an equal force F is applied to the sheet 20 in the width direction.
