PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developer amount regulating blade capable of suppressing the degradation in working efficiency due to warpage at the time of mounting the blade on a blade supporting member by reducing the curvature in a longitudinal direction of development. SOLUTION: The developer amount regulating blade 1 extends rubber members 3 cooled and molded integrally with a holder 2 over nearly the overall length of the holder 2 on both sides in the thickness direction of the holder 2 and suppresses the amount of warpage less than 5mm in the longitudinal direction of the holder generated in consequence of the difference in the amount of shrinkage in the process of the each other's cooling of the rubbers 3a and 3b extending on the respective sides.
