PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a failure indicating/locking control circuit of a distribution panel for reducing the number of components in a failure indicating circuit and a locking control circuit and integrally constituting them. SOLUTION: The failure indicating/locking control circuit is provided with a current relay 1 biased by a contact 11 of a protective relay for protecting an electric device, a self-holding relay 2 having a self-holding contact Y1, a failure indicating contact Y2 and a lock controlling contact Y3 for locking turnon of a switch device, biased by an operation of the current relay and holding itself, an illuminating push button switch 3 having a push button, a normally closed contact and an indicator turned on when the contact is closed, and releasing self-holding of the self-holding relay by an operation of the push button on the condition of the current relay not biased, and a failure indicator 4 using a low voltage indicating power supply as a power supply, conducted by the closed failure indicating contact of the self-holding relay and indicating a failure by turning on.
