PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To alleviate a processing load on a portable terminal side by reducing a data amount of downlink in the case of the data transmission of a part concerning update on a network side when a page stored in a cache is browsed during browsing in a cellular phone with a browser function. SOLUTION: Content data are temporarily stored in a memory 8 in the portable communication terminal, whether or not the content data are stored in the memory 8 is determined according to the next page transitional operation, when the content data are not stored, they are acquired from a communication network and when the content data are stored, file information is transmitted in response to this. The content data or configuration data concerning page transition are extracted and transmitted to the portable communication terminal on the communication network side, and the content data or the configuration data received from the communication network side and the content data or the configuration data stored in a memory device are combined and outputted in the portable communication terminal.
