PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the loss of monitoring data in a system which transmits the monitoring data with a timer value. SOLUTION: A telemeter system is provided with an observation device which acquires monitoring data and transmits the monitoring data with timing based on a timer value, and a monitoring device which receives the monitoring data transmitted from the observation device. In this case, the monitoring device is provided with an event reception determination part 32 which detects a time when a timer is to be corrected based on the state of the loss of the monitoring data transmitted from the observation device, and an event timer setting control unit 34 which transmits timer adjustment information based on the result of the detection.
