PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the screw loosening difficult with easy designing for fracture by rotation torque and initial tightening torque even in the structure to connect a pulley and a rotating shaft with a screw. SOLUTION: A male screw 34 formed in the rotating shaft 11, and a female screw 33 formed in the pulley 31 are screwed to transmit the rotation force of the pulley 31 to the rotating shaft 11 by connecting the rotating shaft 11 and the pulley 31.
