PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize step-by-step water discharge with a simple configuration, and to accurately set the delay time of prenotice water discharge, for less cost. SOLUTION: When an activation valve 12 is operated, a primary-side pressure water is supplied to a cylinder chamber 34a on the open pressurizing side of a main cylinder 34 in an automatic valve 10, and a circulation path capable of flowing in/out of a closed pressuring side of the main cylinder 34 is formed as a main piston 32 moves. When the main piston 32 reaches an initial open degree, the circulation path is shielded to stop the main piston 32. After opening of a main valve 30 to the initial open degree, a prescribed initial water discharge pressure occurring on the secondary side actuates an initial water discharge pressure control valve 15, and stopping of the main piston 32 is released by bypassing a shielding portion of the circulation path. A pressure control valve 16 is set to be a low pressure for prenotice water discharge in the initial state. Movement of the piston by controlling of flowing in/out amount of the secondary side pressure water switches a low pressure setting to a specified pressure setting for actual water discharge after a prescribed delay time.
