PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical feeder miniaturizing a container body in the height direction, and also to provide a chemical feeder assembly which constantly uses the container body of the common dimension even when the overall length of the chemical is different. SOLUTION: In the chemical feeder having a container body 10 and an aligning disk 20, the groove length of an aligning part 22b of a groove 22 is substantially the same as the overall length L of the chemical P, and the groove length of a preliminary aligning part 22a is smaller than the overall length L.
