PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bicycle parking device that moves a bicycle loading stand and a movable trestle along a pair of guide rails stably and smoothly without back-lash, can simplify the structure, can reduce the manufacturing cost, and can simplify the assembling work. SOLUTION: The bicycle parking device 1 comprises the pair of guide rails 2 and 3 constituted by pipe materials with circular cross section arranged in parallel with a predetermined small interval, the movable trestle 4 movable along the pair of guide rails 2 and 3, and the bicycle loading stand 6 connected and supported by the movable trestle 4. The movable trestle 4 has a pair of first rollers 23 and 24 abutting on respective guide rails 2 and 3 from the upside and a pair of second rollers 25 and 26 abutting on respective guide rails 2 and 3 from the outside and diagonally downside.
