PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow use of a sun visor 10 and a rear view mirror 11 together, to set the sun visor 10 in a driving cabin while permitting upsizing thereof as much as possible, and to provide air-conditioning equipment 25 in the ceiling while bringing the sun visor 10 close to a ceiling lining material 12 as much as possible to be lifted and stored. SOLUTION: A notch section 10a is provided in one lateral end side of the sun visor 10. When the sun visor 10 is lowered and put in a use condition, the notch section 10a is positioned in the rear side of the rear view mirror 11, and an overlap of the sun visor 10 and the rear view mirror 11 in the vehicle body longitudinal direction is prevented. A swelled section 12a with an air-conditioning blower motor 25 positioned therein, which is protruded in the surface side of the ceiling lining material 12, is provided in the ceiling lining material 12. When the sun visor 10 is lifted and put in a stored condition, the swelled section 12a is configured to enter the notch section 10a of the sun visor 10. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
