PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage nozzle capable of preventing water from splashing around even in the case of being opened in the atmosphere, performing suction in a large area and being smoothly moved even in the case of being brought into contact with the skin and moved, and a massage apparatus using the nozzle. SOLUTION: The massage nozzle comprises a rotating chamber having a water entrance provided so as to form a rotating flow inside the chamber and a water discharge port provided so as to discharge the rotating flow and form a negative pressure area, and a water sprinkling plate provided on the tip of the water discharge port, provided with an opening on the center and provided with a plurality of water spraying holes around the opening.
