PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple-structured and highly operable chair with a table permitting nesting the table as folded at a low position. SOLUTION: The table 17 is mounted above a leg body 1 on one side supporting a seat 8 in such a way that the table can be moved to a horizontal use position A in the upper front of the seat 8 or to a second folding position C2 where the table is hung down with the rear of the table inclined outward from the front.
