A device for treatment of the jaw joints is of the type having cushions (5) consisting of a flexible cover containing a fluid (F) and laid on the gums while being linked for fluid exchange by a sleeve (7), each cushion (5) having means (1,3,4,8) for clamping it to the molars (Z). An independent claim is also included for a kit comprising the device and a lining (9) of long-lasting elasticity to ensure close contact with the molars.
