The invention relates to a decorative panel consisting of a number of stacked layers comprising: a) a magnetisable ferric metallic sheet/substrate having a thickness of between 0.4 and 3 mm, b) a stainless steel or non-ferric noble metal film having a thickness of between 20 and 200 mu , c) an organic adhesive layer which joins the aforementioned sheet and the noble metal film, d) an organic transparent film, and e) a protective polyethylene film having a thickness of between 30 and 100 mu . The invention is suitable for metallic decorative panels.
