A windmill has blades with roots, those are arranged with pins, one of those is in the plane of the blade, and the other one û normally to it. The blades are fixed in the hub arranged as a cup in which coaxially to it former is placed, with two channels at the side surface. In the channels the pins of the stem bases are placed with possibility to go for the pins laying in the plane of the blade in the working zone in vertical position, and in the zone of return û in horizontal position, and the pin normal to the blade in the working zone û in horizontal position, and in the return zone û in vertical position. Such implementation simplifies and increases reliability of the apparatus, increases effectiveness of use of wind power due to removal of restrictions of the transition phases from one position of the blades to another position.
