Hydrocyclone contains basic housing formed by vertical cylindrical pipe connected with open cone equipped in the lower part with a hollow detachable unloading sandy cap, additional cylindrical housing with tangential supply branch pipe concentrically mounted in the upper part of the housing with possibility of formation between the basic and additional housings of annular chamber connected with the cavity of vertical cylindrical pipe through the supply window in the form of lateral longitudinal section executed in its upper part, and common for basic and additional housings cover with a drain branch pipe along the axis of housing. Length of development of the upper part of vertical cylindrical pipe, in which there is a supply window in the form of lateral longitudinal section, is undertaken as (0,7-0,9)??D, where D -inside diameter of vertical cylindrical pipe.
