The method for diagnosing the infectious endocarditis comprises the assessment of the clinical signs of the damage of cardiac valves. The phonocardiography is also performed. The diagnostic inference is based on the analysis of the amplitude of phonocardiographic signals, namely muscular and valvular components of the first cardiac tone, altered by strophanthin.
