摘要

A method for the synthesis of ??- and p-carboxyphenyl glycosides N-acetyl glucosamine involves the stage of phenol glycosylation. As phenols being glycosylated salicyl aldehyde and 4-hydroxy benzaldehyde are used; the obtained formylphenylglycosides are oxidized with the solution of chrome anhydride in 3,5 M sulphate acid in the medium of acetone, the acetone is distilled, obtained acids are isolated from diethyl ether by crystallization.
