A method for preservation of the amniotic sac for the use in ophtalmosurgery and transplantology involves processing the tissue with a sterilization solution, preservation for 60 minutes in isotonic solution, which contains penicillin, streptomycin, fluconazole and decametoxin, submerging into solution of glycerin and preservation at temperature of û4 DEGREE C.
